Squadz names Marcus Bell Head of Customer Success

AUSTIN, TX — Squadz today announced that Marcus Bell has joined as Head of Customer Success.

Bell previously ran operations for a 40-team regional club, where he managed the logistics and communication challenges that Squadz was built to solve.

"Marcus has lived the problem from the club side," a Squadz spokesperson said. "He knows exactly what breaks at scale and how to keep coaches and parents happy. We're thrilled to have him."

In his role, Bell will lead onboarding, support, and the club-success program.
